DICE, Three-dimensional dice text WÜRFEL

In the group around Prof. Max Bense at the TU Stuttgart Timm Ulrichs experimented with Concrete Poetry and in 1964 he invents the “three-dimensional word” in the form of a dice whose six sides showed the sex letters of the word „WÜRFEL“ in wood and acryl glass. 43 years later his big dice is issued in black with white printed letters as a limited collector’s edition.
